CANCELLATION POLICY

📌 Please read policy BEFORE booking with Ursallure Beauty Studio 🗓 When scheduling appointments a valid credit or debit card 💳 must be recorded prior to reserving your appointment. A $25 non- refundable deposit is required at booking. This is used in the event of a "No-Show" + "Same Day Cancel". 📌 Remaining balance is due Cash or via Zelle upon completion of your service. ✅️ • CANCELLATION POLICY: Life happens, and I get it! 🙏🏼 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. To avoid any cancellation fees, kindly call or text me 📲 within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.⏱️ • CANCELLATION + NO-SHOW FEE: - 24 hours or more notice: No fee - Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of the service cost (deposit non-refundable) By calling or texting me within 24 hours, you can avoid the 100% cancellation fee and retain your deposit. • LATE: - If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will need to reschedule for another day. • SANITATION POLICY: 🧼 - Once you arrive to your appointment please wash your hands.
